Chad See

Chad directs FLC operations and works with leaders in government, industry and the non-profit community to support FLC priorities and promote the value and sustainability of the Alaska cod fishery.  See represents the FLC on the International Pacific Halibut Commission’s Conference Board.

Prior to coming to the FLC, Mr. See spent 13 years in Washington, DC.  See worked in the U.S. Senate for Senators Patty Murray and Jay Rockefeller before joining K&L Gates LLP, a global law and lobbying firm.  At K&L Gates, he served as a lobbyist primarily representing Pacific Northwest-based clients on federal funding and budget-related matters before Congress and the Administration.  An active participant in the commercial fishing and maritime community, he is a board member for the United Fishermen of Alaska, the Washington Maritime Federation, and the Seattle Marine Business Coalition and serves on the advisory committee for the Alaska Business Forum.
